I am writing to introduce you to MERL247, a new company in Vietnam that specializes in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) practices. We are located in the picturesque Go Man village, Ha Bang commune, Thach That district, Ha Noi capital, Vietnam, and we are committed to providing the highest quality services to our clients.
At MERL247, we work 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, providing our clients with the highest level of service and support. We do this by providing expert guidance and support in the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning.
We are also excited to announce the creation of the Global MERL247 Network, which is funded by MERL247. As part of this network, MERL247 is committed to providing ongoing support and training to our clients and partners.
